Kimpton Hotels' Standards for Eco Friendly Meetings
Hotel Palomar Dallas is proud to announce it is officially Green Seal Silver Certified, meaning it meets a rigorous set of environmental standards designed to reduce impact on the environment and human health. And because certification is granted for only one year at a time, Green Seal will be checking annually to make sure our hotel is vigilant in our eco-friendly efforts.

Energy/Emissions Reductions
- All bottled water sourced in the United States
Waste Reduction
- No Styrofoam or disposable cups
- Washable teaspoons for coffee stations—no plastic or wood stir sticks
- Ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, butter and preserves—not individually packaged
- Paper recycling containers in all meeting rooms
- All materials are printed on post-consumer recycled paper
- Paperless services—Electronic distribution of sales proposals, catering menus and banquet event orders unless specifically requested by clients
Recycled Products
- Lunches to go use containers and plastic ware made from recycled or eco-friendly materials
- Paper napkins from recycled materials and washable cloth napkins
- All sales collateral, meeting notepads and coasters are on recycled paper
Organics
- 4 organic tea options offered on all coffee stations
- Environmentally safe cleaning products used
