Dallas Dining Adjacent to Hotel Palomar Dallas

Hotel Palomar Dallas boasts two inviting dining destinations, both favorites of locals and visitors alike: Central 214, a warm and energetic restaurant featuring regional American cuisine, and the original Trader Vic's, the Polynesian hot spot and creator of famous libations like the Mai Tai.

Central 214
Created by Paul Draper, Dallas' top restaurant designer, Central 214 welcomes diners in to a lively atmosphere colored by the burnt sienna, jade, olive and emerald greens in the fabrics, furniture and finishings throughout. This beautiful restaurant features an exhibition kitchen and rotisserie overlooking the 120 seats of the dining room, while outside, the flagstone paved terrace allows diners to enjoy the surrounding landscaped garden. Completing the experience, guests dine on regional American cuisine - dishes highlighting rustic flavors, approachable and familiar American food, and a celebration of the diverse and substantial traditions of American cooking.

Now, the original Trader Vic's is back in all of its original splendor.
